Inviting Friends and Earning Referral Rewards

Terms & Conditions of the Tiny Undies Referral Program

When you invite friends to purchase at TinyUndies.com, you will receive a $5 store credit (referral reward) for each friend who makes a qualified purchase. Your friend must live in a different household.

You will only receive a referral reward for your friend's qualified purchase if the purchase was a result of an invite from you using your authorized referral link. If your friend does not click on the personal referral link in their invite email or other invite mechanism to accept your invitation, you may not receive a referral reward and we will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from your referral.

A qualified purchase is considered any purchase other than and excluding Gift Cards at TinyUndies.com. There is no limit to the amount of referral rewards you can earn and referral rewards will accrue with every eligible friend you refer. You can track your referral rewards by visiting http://tinyundies.refersion.com.

If two people refer the same friend, the friend who sent the link that is used to make the final purchase will be considered the referring friend, regardless of which link was sent to the new member first.

You may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to people you don't personally know to collect referral rewards and you may not collect referral rewards by posting on message boards or other online venues if it is in violation of such venues' terms of use.

Tracking of your authorized referral link involves the use of cookies. If your friend blocks cookies in a web browser, the tracking will not work (most people accept cookies, but we can not guarantee that everyone does). The cookie is valid for 60 days, so any purchase made within that 60 days through your referral link will result in a referral reward for you. Again, we can not guarantee that cookies will be accepted by every individual who clicks your link.

Collecting Referral Rewards

Referral rewards will be credited to your account 60 days after your friend's purchase (which gives time for any returned items to post). Rewards have no cash value, are not transferrable, and do not expire.

Prohibitions and Cancellation

Referral rewards are issued to a single TinyUndies.com account holder at our discretion and cannot be transferred between accounts or between users. Rewards cannot be bartered, exchanged, or sold.

We do not allow professional affiliates into the program. Affiliates are not allowed to purchase ads using Tiny Undies Coupons or other similar language.  Affiliates are not allowed to generate pop ups to set affiliate cookies without express interest from a user.  Affiliates are not allowed to use coupon sites unless an agreement has been reached between affiliate and TinyUndies.

Referral rewards are a promotional offer and are issued without any exchange of money or value from you and you have no vested property right or interest in them.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel your referral rewards in our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, including through fraudulent or misleading referral activity (for example, by inviting fake people to purchase items, using false names, using multiple email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person or otherwise providing false or misleading information to us) or if we terminate your account for any reason. You may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law.

Changes to Referral Rewards Terms

We reserve the right in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you, to add to, remove, or otherwise change the terms applicable to the availability and issuance and use of referral rewards. Such changes may include, without limitation, how you may earn referral rewards, the reward you will receive (currently a $5 store credit), the lifetime maximum amount of referral rewards that you may earn, and cancellation of the entire program. Please note that select affiliates and Certified Go Diaper Free Coaches will receive a separate arrangement for their referrals.
